We have certainly had some great weather recently and we were not let down on our first visit to this fantastic Leeds City Centre venue – The Doubletree by Hilton Leeds. We were lucky enough to be spending the day doing what we love best – photographing Tina & Sam’s Leeds City Centre wedding. The Doubletree by Hilton was once The Mint hotel, it has now been turned into a fantastic hotel and wedding venue and we began by capturing the preparations with the Bride and her bridesmaids. Everyone was very calm and we captured some really natural images of them all having a great time. We then caught up with Sam and best man Owen (who you will notice was also 1 of 2 best men at Liz & James Kenwood Hall wedding last year) – we think he is fantastic and are currently in talks about hiring him out!

The ceremony room has beautiful floor to celling glass windows with views out over all of Leeds, and although Sam got a little confused between fingers and thumb when it came to the ring exchange, it was a great part of the day. One of the fantastic features of The Doubletree by Hilton Leeds is that it has the ‘Sky Lounge’ which is a top floor bar next to the ceremony room with a balcony viewing area with great views for miles out over Leeds which as you will see below we made use of for some great family images. We then took a stroll outside around the Liverpool canal and Granary Wharf to capture some intimate bride & groom portraits to show off just how cute Tina & Sam really are!

The seating plan and table details was very quirky based around animals and the whole day was truly a great wedding to have been a part of. We hope you enjoy looking through the photographs and will leave Tina & Sam a few comments at the bottom. Enjoy!
