Wednesday 20th April, one of the first few days of this amazing sunny weather we’ve been treated to in the UK this year. And Leonie & Stewart couldn’t have asked for a better day to do their engagement shoot. Leonie and Stewart live over in Vancouver across the pond in Canada at the moment, but originally Stew is a yorkshire lad from Harrogate.

Having had our initial pre-wedding meeting via Skype as they only came over to the UK this week, so we had to work quickly to do their engagement shoot on the 20th and then I was over at Rudding Park, Harrogate to capture their wedding on the 22nd. So not a very long time to work with, but I have to hand it to them both, they are a lovely couple who we instantly adapted to the camera and enabled me to capture them in some relaxed shots.

After an hour, we had captured all of the amazing images above, and quickly finalised the paperwork and running order for their wedding in 2 days time. After this it was farewell for now, and I knew that photographing their big day was going to be a true pleasure. Thanks Guys!
