Last month (it’s been am onto already!!) we had bobbed on over to Glossop for Natasha & Jake’s The Venue at Wimberry Hill wedding day! We caught up with Natasha & her bridesmaids for some documentary wedding preparation photographs to capture the pre-wedding buzz. We caught up with Jake, his best man and ushers, also for some documentary preparations photography to catch them helping each other out with their cufflinks and ties. Jake had bought his best man a hip flask and in his genuine and passionate nature decided it would be more personal to write his best wishes in permanent marker rather than having it engraved.

It was a slightly grey and rainy wedding day at The Venue at Wimberry Hill, Glossop but this didn’t but a downer on the wedding – in fact it made it that bit more enjoyable, with some great opportunities to catch the guests mingling before the wedding. Natasha, Jake and all of their family had put a lot of effort into this DIY wedding, with so many handmade touches and a full day spent before the wedding decorating the venue. We loved the feel and style of the whole wedding and it really felt as though everyone had helped make it that little bit extra special.

We had a great day being Natasha & Jake’s The Venue at Wimberry Hill Wedding Photographers in Glossop, and we’re sure you’ll agree that we caught some great moments of there wedding day. The Venue at Wimberry Hill, Glossop is quite a new wedding venue and we thought it was fantastic to see such a great team there already running very smoothly in such an early stage of their existence as a wedding venue. We would love to be back here as wedding photographers in the future!
