Kenwood Hall is a lovely wedding venue tucked away only 1 mile from the centre of Sheffield. It is very deceptive…as soon as you enter the driveway you could instantly be in the countryside away from any kind of urban setting. We were lucky enough to be asked to be Kenwood Hall Wedding Photographers for Liz & James’ Wedding – you may have seen their Stockport Engagement Session on the blog. We began the day with James at Kenwood Hall to document the Groom’s preparations which is always fun. In this case it was fantastic (car lovers – your going to love the images below). James had spent the previous day driving a beautiful Austin Healey down from the Lake District especially for the big day! We got some great photographs at Kenwood Hall before heading to the church.

The ceremony took place at Dore Church just 15 minutes away from Kenwood Hall , a very picturesque little village with free roaming chickens (crossing the road!). We then headed back over to Kenwood Hall for more Sheffield Wedding Photography and the evening reception. The wedding cake was even made by the lady who is make Jessica Ennis wedding cake!
