We’ve been on the move! Earlier this year we said goodbye to Leeds, and hello to our new home in Bath, Somerset (we’re still doing documentary wedding photography!). We can’t stay away from Yorkshire though and last month headed up to York to capture the wedding of Don and Helen.

This wonderful couple chose the Victorian Street at York Castle Museum as the setting for their special day. This is a truly unique venue and the perfect choice for couples looking to break from tradition – which Don and Helen did with incredible results. The happy couple chose to walk hand-in-hand down the aisle together, had ‘Best People’ rather than a Best Man, and chose to each share their favourite song with guests before taking to the floor for the first dance (who knew Don’s favourite song was going to be ‘All about that bass’!). We hope you agree that Don and Helen had a day that was perfectly them, and you love the photos as much as we do.
